2.04: Bug fix for node color-coding by level for alternate color schemes. (3/15/10, VV)

2.03: Bonferroni corrected p-values were previously reported correctly, but stars '*' were not assigned to GO terms correctly. Stars should be assigned to terms when there are multiple genes annotated with that term and the term has a computed p-value that passes the Bonferroni threshold for significance (at Bonferroni p=0.05). The Bonferroni p-value was not being computed correctly for this purpose, and the result was that too many terms were starred. This is corrected. (10/19/09, VV)

2.02: Removed borders on scale bars for negative correlations; the previous fix only worked for positive correlations. (10/16/09, VV)

2.01: Concentrated multiple edges between two genes in the known interaction networks into a single edge. Made edges come closer to the node name in known interaction graphs to condense the graph and to make it clearer where each edge terminates. Fixed result pages so 'HOME' links to StarNet2 rather than the original StarNet. Made nodes in correlation network a fixed size and smaller. Making graphs more condensed improves the speed of arriving at a result and improves the overall appearance of the graphs. Removed borders from scale bars and made them smaller. Version 2: Added coverage for 9 new species. Added new HeatSeeker module for comparing selected networks. Made improvements to formatting of interface and results.
